1. Controller and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to Tap Away Aura (the “Game”), this website, and related support services together referred to as the “Services”. The data controller responsible for the processing described in this policy is:

2. Information we process
2.1 Information you provide
- Support communications: your email address and the content of messages you send directly to us.
- In-game feedback: the rating, message, app version, platform version, and language submitted through the feedback form.
- Consent choices: advertising and privacy choices made through the consent form.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system and version, app version, language, screen or device characteristics, network information, IP address, and general country- or region-level location inferred from technical data.
- Identifiers: app instance identifiers, vendor identifiers, advertising identifiers where available and permitted, and identifiers generated by analytics, advertising, attribution, or platform providers.
- Gameplay and usage data: sessions, screen views, level progress and completion, tutorial progress, feature interactions, virtual currency activity, settings, and performance or diagnostic events.
- Advertising data: ad requests, availability, impressions, clicks, rewards, placement, advertising network, and impression-level revenue data.
- Purchase data: product identifier, price and currency, purchase status, transaction or order identifier, purchase token, and time of purchase or refund. Payment credentials are processed by the app store and are not received by us.
2.3 Platform information
If you use Google Play Games, Google may provide a player identifier, display information, sign-in status, achievements, leaderboard scores, and related platform data. Use of Google Play Games is optional. Game progress and settings are also stored locally on your device.
2.4 Information we do not request
The Game does not ask you to create a Tap Vortex Games account and does not request your legal name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or precise GPS location. Please do not include sensitive personal information in support or feedback messages.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights and use the information only where those interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
4. Advertising and consent
The Game uses Google’s User Messaging Platform as its consent management platform and AppLovin MAX for advertising mediation. Where required, a consent form is presented before advertising services are initialized. Your choice is passed to supported advertising and attribution partners.
You can reopen available privacy choices using the Privacy button in the Game settings. You can also reset or restrict the advertising identifier through your device settings. Depending on your choices, location, and partner support, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Contextual or limited ads may still use information needed for delivery, frequency control, security, fraud prevention, and aggregate measurement.
5. Service providers and sharing
We disclose information only as needed to provide the Services, comply with law, protect users and the Services, or complete a business transfer. The primary providers integrated into the Game are:
- Google: Google Play, Google Play Games, Firebase Analytics, AdMob, and User Messaging Platform. See Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner services.
- AppLovin MAX: advertising mediation. See AppLovin Privacy Policy.
- Advertising partners available through MAX: Chartboost, Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, ironSource/Unity Ads, Mintegral, myTarget, and Liftoff/Vungle. A partner processes data only when enabled and used for an ad request.
- AppsFlyer and Adjust: installation attribution, campaign measurement, and purchase or advertising event measurement. See AppsFlyer Privacy Policy and Adjust Privacy Policy.
- Meta: app-event and advertising measurement, subject to applicable consent. See Meta Privacy Policy.
- Formspree: delivery of feedback you choose to submit from the Game. See Formspree Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information to app stores, payment processors, hosting or technical providers, professional advisers, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or another party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where legally permitted and reasonably necessary.
6. International transfers
We and our providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to data controlled by us. Third-party providers describe their own transfer safeguards in their privacy policies.
7. Data retention
- Locally stored progress and settings generally remain until you reset the Game, clear its data, or uninstall it.
- Support and feedback messages are retained for as long as needed to answer the request, improve the Game, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations.
- Purchase and fraud-prevention records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, app-store, anti-fraud, and legal requirements.
- Analytics, advertising, attribution, and platform providers retain information according to their own settings and privacy policies.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify you.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and provide access to it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- delete data or restrict its processing;
- provide data you supplied in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing;
- withdraw consent at any time; and
- explain relevant safeguards for international transfers.
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. To exercise a right, email us and identify the Game, your platform, the right requested, and any relevant app or transaction identifier. We may request reasonable verification. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. United States disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Some disclosures of identifiers, device data, and activity to advertising partners may be treated as “sale”, “sharing”, or targeted advertising under particular state laws. Use the in-game Privacy button where available or contact us to submit a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. This website
This static website is hosted by Firebase Hosting. It does not contain account registration, advertising scripts, or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
